Fusion Fire Safety was founded in 1996 as the first Thailand’s fire safety engineering consultancy firm, specialising in fire protection, life safety, smoke control and fire alarm systems. With over 30 years of experience, Fusion Fire Safety – part of Fusion Group – is the most established fire safety engineering consultancy firm in Thailand. We are the leaders when it comes to delivering value-added safety solutions your project; no matter how big or small. At Fusion, we encourage our clients to take a step further and consider inherently safe design. We are at the forefront of fire safety engineering regulations; not only understanding but also proposing new local standards. Our expertise goes beyond prescriptive codes. We support innovative designs and modern architecture using performance-based approach.
Our founder, Dr. Pichaya Chantranuwat, is an active technical committee of NFPA 101, the Engineering Institute of Thailand under H.M. The King’s Patronage (EIT) and Council of Engineers (Thailand). Our project engineers (please add link to Project Engineers) are highly qualified from both locally and internationally recognised institutions. They work with a team of engineers and support staff to deliver a consistent and high-quality work for our clients.

Dr. Pichaya Chantranuwat is Fire Protection Specialist, Electrical Engineer and Security Consultant. He is registered as Thai Building Inspector No. 001 building inspection and has a degree in M.Sc. in Fire Protection Engineering, and B.Eng. in Electrical Engineering, King Mongkut’s Institure of Technology, Ladkabang Campus. He is currently hold many positions along his expertise i.e. Board member in Council of Engineering (Thailand) and *The Engineering Institute of Thailand under King’s Patronage (EIT), NFPA Technical Committee, Professional Member of Fire Protection Engineers, SFPE, USA, Chair Building Safety Standard (EIT), Vice President of The Consulting Engineers Association of Thailand (CEAT), Board Advisory of Building Safety Inspectors (BSA) and many other related positions he held across all engineering field.
Dr. Pichaya Chantranuwat, is currently also running as Managing Directors of Fusion Fire Safety Consultants, the leading Fire Safety Consultants in Thailand with many governments project ie, Airports, government office, government parliament, shopping malls and chain hotels in Bangkok Thailand. He has also lecturing in leading university ie Mahadol, Chulalongkorn, Sripathum and Kasetsart Universities in Master degree level for Fire Safety. Throughout his career, he is at the very top level in his area and has shared and shown his expertise in relation to both public and private work.

Mrs. Poontrika Walton, has acquired a Distinction in her Master degree in Safety, Risks & Reliability Engineering from Heriot-watt University, Scotland and a Bachelor of Engineering from Imperial College of London (upper-second class honours).
She has over 6 years of experience in safety, failure investigation and metallurgy with her previous employee in the UK.
Poontrika joined Fusion Fire Safety as Project Lead & Simulation Specialist earlier this year. She is now awaiting her CFPS status.
